Every year, we roll out an <strong>individual training plan<\/strong> that has been defined with all employees during their <strong>career review<\/strong>. As part of the <strong>GPEC<\/strong> approach (forward planning of jobs and skills), we identify your needs and aspirations before providing the means and resources to achieve them with SAR\u2019s specific training courses:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Technical training&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cross-functional training (management, prevention, etc.)&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tools training&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:80px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udcc8 Promotion from within &amp; equal opportunities&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>All our vacancies are shared internally to <strong>encourage employees to grow their careers <\/strong>and pursue our policy of <strong>promoting from within<\/strong>.
